Our Bed & Breakfast Diemerplein is located in the center of Diemen. Very centrally located with bus, tram and train nearby. Within fifteen minutes you are in Amsterdam by bike, tram or train. Diemen is a village on the outskirts of Amsterdam. It is sandwiched between the districts of Amsterdam IJburg, Amsterdam South-East and Amsterdam East and, despite this location, has remained an independent municipality to date. This gives it the advantages of a small-scale village and those of a large city. With excellent accessibility, art & culture, events and bustling restaurants in Amsterdam around the corner. And on the other side forest, water, space and greenery. The ideal combination!

Over ons

This is us

We are Tinus and Daniëlle. Our dream has been to start our own B&B for a long time. If you grew up in beautiful Amsterdam, moving abroad is a big step. A step that turned out not to be necessary for us because we simply had the space for a B&B in our backyard. That is why we built a chalet together in our beautiful large garden and converted our extension from office to room. We are therefore very proud to be able to share this with you, and to start a small B&B. Two rooms, “Het Chalet” and “De Tuinkamer”, each with their own entrance and atmosphere, are at your disposal from spring 2020.

Onze omgeving

On the Diemerplein, across the street from our B&B, are various catering establishments with terraces, around sixty shops with a very varied range in the indoor shopping center. Furthermore, two large supermarkets, ATMs and a pharmacy. And on Wednesdays there is the cozy Diemermarkt.The Bed and Breakfast is just a two-minute walk from tram 19, which takes you to the lively Amsterdam East in about seven minutes, to Artis Zoo in fifteen minutes and to the center of Amsterdam in twenty minutes.
